Parking is very limited at Crescent Heights High School and as such, students wanting to park on the school property are required to make an application.
To be considered eligible for a parking pass, students making application must:
- hold a Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License as of September 15, 2025
 - hold valid insurance for the vehicle they plan to park on school property and
 - have submitted an application by the September 15, 2025 application deadline. Application information to be released when ready this fall.

Please note that due to the limited parking stalls available, priority will be given to certain students. Limited parking requires all students to have arranged alternate transportation to and from school in the event they do not receive a parking pass. A parking pass does not guarantee a parking spot in the student parking lot. More passes than parking spots will be issued. Some days may also require portions of the parking lot to be closed for school or community events. Advance notice will be provided to students in those cases.
Students who miss the application window must see an administrator in the main office if they wish to get a parking pass after the deadline. If a student is successful in receiving a parking pass, a $50.00 (gst included) annual parking fee is to be paid to the Business Office in order for the successful applicants to be issued their parking pass. A parking pass contract must also be signed. Students with successful applications will receive a paper copy of the Parking Pass Contract to sign and bring home so parents can sign it as well. Parking passes not paid for and picked up by October 1, 2025 will be re-distributed.
Parking Regulations
The student parking lot at Crescent Heights has a series of behaviour expectations:
Clear Display of Pass: Parking passes must be clearly and fully visible from outside the vehicle.
No Speeding/Stunting: Drive responsibly and safely in the parking lot and the surrounding community.
No Loitering: Students are not permitted to congregate in their cars during class, spare periods, or lunch breaks. The parking lot is for parking and not as a social gathering place during school hours.
Efficient Parking: When entering the parking lot, find an available parking space and park. Likewise, when leaving the parking lot, do so promptly and without unnecessary delays.
Respect Parking Assignments: Park only in designated parking spaces. Do not park in spaces reserved for specific purposes, such as the community center or visitor parking
No Disruptive Behaviour: Refrain from excessive vehicle noise that disrupts learning and classroom engagement (honking, revving engines, etc.)
No Littering: Keep the parking lot clean by disposing of trash properly. Littering in the parking lot is not only unsightly but also disrespectful to the school environment.
Loss of Parking Pass: Failure to comply with these behaviour expectations or the general student code of conduct will result in the loss of your parking pass, which can remove students’ ability to park on campus.
